The Examination Consists Following Pattern.

1. Short Listing : A candidate will not be entitled to an interview if they just meet the minimal requirements for education and experience. Job Profile

1. Manager : 

1. Managing accounts related to trusts and wills (creation, modification, updating, and closure of trust accounts).

2. To keep track of and balance the trust statements and portfolio, which includes property, LIC policies, shares, and securities, as well as entries and authorizations for fixed deposits into the system.

3. Setting up client meetings and drafting agreements, memoranda of understanding, etc.

4. Tasks associated with dematerialization, dividend clearing, trust account reconciliation, and service charge collection in accordance with the company's fee schedule.

5. Security Trusteeship/Safe Custody of Documents Process and Supporting CFSL Product Marketing.

6. Coordinating legal opinion coordination with the Empanel Advocate.

7. In addition to the job description above, you might occasionally be given work from another company.

2. Business Development Executive : 

1. Debenture Marketing and Business Development; Security Trusteeship; Safe Document Custody; Escrow Trusteeship.

2. Processing and carrying out debentures, securities, safekeeping documents, and escrow trustee accounts in accordance with SOPs and check lists.

3. Serving as the Debenture and Security Trusteeship Business's relationship manager.

4. Charge generation for ROC, CERSAI, etc.

5. Your work will be goal-oriented and subject to a monthly review.

6. Should your job progress be unsatisfactory, management reserves the right to take appropriate corrective action.

3. Company Secretary : 

1. Every adherence to the Companies Act

2. Charge creation for MCA-related issues and CERSAI/ROC.

3. Adherence to all instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications, circulars, etc. relating to Debenture Trusteeship, issued by any government agency, regulator, or SEBI, etc.

4. A "Compliance Officer" will also be present.

5. Holding frequent meetings with dividend holders in the event that issues are not met Business.

6. Coordinating different legal opinions regarding trust accounts with the empanel advocate and writing STA, trust/will deeds, and other relevant documents Trusteeship, Executor, Debenture, Security, and Escrow Transactions and loan document inspection.
