Exam Pattern
- Candidates who meet the qualifying cut-off scores in GATE 2021, 2022 or 2023 (10 times the number of vacancies) will be shortlisted and contacted directly for the interview.
- The purpose of the interview is to evaluate the candidate's attributes based on two criteria, one is communication skills and second one is subject knowledge in relevant fields.
- The candidates' combined scores from the GATE exam and the interview will be used to create the final merit list.

Filling Application Process
Step I: Register your contact and personal information.
You will receive an email on the registered email address you provided with your login ID and password.
- Candidates who accept the terms and conditions can register by selecting the "Registration/Sign-up" button and checking the "I Agree" checkbox below.
- The applicant must accurately complete all requested fields, such as Personal Details and Contact Details.
- After completing Step I registration, the candidate will receive a message with his or her login ID (Application Sequence Number) and password in their registered email address.
- In order to complete Step II of the application form and fill in other details, the candidate must log out and back in.
STEP-II: Completion Of Application Form
- Following registration, the candidate must log in and finish filling out additional fields in the application, such as Personal Information, Qualification Details, and Declaration, among others.
- Following submission of the application, candidates will be automatically redirected to the SBI gateway to deposit the INR 100 examination fee (if applicable) and INR 100 recruitment processing charges (plus any applicable bank fees), which must be paid by all candidates, via a challan, debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, etc.
- The candidate has the option to print a payment acknowledgement slip for their records.
- The e-challan that is generated following the completion of the online application form is valid for four days after that date.
- Upon successful submission, candidates are advised to retain a printout of their application form for future reference.
