Selection Process
The selection process will consist as follows.
- I st stage : Written Test
- II nd stage : Interview
- III rd stage : Certificate/Document Verification
- IV th stage : Medical Examination

How To Apply

- After filling out the form, click submit.
- A login ID will be created upon submission.

Exam Pattern
The Examination Consists Following Pattern and syllabus.
For Part A : Objective
1. Paper I : Domain Knowledge Test ;
Total Questions & Marks : 100 & 100 And 40 Minutes Duration
2. Paper II : Aptitude Test;
Total Questions & Marks : 100 & 100 And 80 Minutes Duration
- Quantitative Aptitude - 25 Marks
- English Language - 25 Marks
- Reasoning - 25 Marks
- General Awareness - 25 Marks
All questions will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type. The computer based examination will be conducted in English only.

Selection Critera
Qualifying The Examination:
A candidate must pass both the discipline-specific aptitude test and the domain knowledge test with a minimum score of 40 percentile to be eligible for the general discussion and interview stages.
Group Discussion AND Interview:
Candidates who pass the online exam will be shortlisted for a group discussion (GD) and interview at a ratio of 1:3, based on merit in each category. Candidates will be notified via email regarding the potential short notice date of the GD and Interview. Call letters for the event will be posted on the SAIL website's careers page. The candidates won't receive any more correspondence for this reason.
