Educational Qualification
1. Name of Post : Personal Assistant(PA); No. of Posts : 323
Educational Qualification : Candidate Must Be Bachelor’s Degree from Any Recognized Board/University(Please Refer Notification carefully)
AND
Ten minutes of stenographic (English or Hindi) dictation at a speed of 120 words per minute (b) Interpretation The dictation took in accordance with (ii) (a) took 50 minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi. (Only using a computer.)

- I st stage : Computer Based Test (CBT)
- II nd stage : Skill Test and Merit List

Examination Structure
The Examination Consists Following Pattern and syllabus.
For CBT Test : Objective ;
1. Part A : English Language ;
2. Part B : General Awareness ;
3. Part C : Quantitative Aptitude ;
4. Part D : Reasoning & Computer Aptitude ;
Total Questions : 100 ; Time : 120 Mins ; Maximum Marks : 100
1. The incorrect answers will result in penalties. The marks allotted to that question will be deducted by one-third(1/3rd) for each incorrect response.
2. The question paper is available in both Hindi and English.

How To Apply
1. Applicants must use the https://www.upsconline.nic.in website to submit their online applications.
2. Any other method of submission will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
3. Candidates are only required to upload their most recent photo and signature and verification of identity when completing the online application.
4. It Is Advised To Candidates To Entirely Fill Out The Online Application With Correct And Active E-mail Addresses, As The Commission Will Only Reply By E-mail.
5. Following the online application submission process, candidates must print a copy of their completed online recruitment application.
6. Modification in OTR Profile :
Once the candidate has registered on the OTR platform, they are only permitted to make changes to their OTR profile once in their lifetime. The updated OTR profile data will be accessible for seven days following the application closing date. window of his or her initial, complete application for any Commission examination. The deadline for modifying an OTR is April 3, 2024, in the event that a candidate registers for the Recruitment Test (RT) after applying for the first time.
