Roles And Responsibilities :

• Recognize the different stages of the lifecycle of software development.

• Evaluate the effects of change requests on domain-specific apps and products.

• Develop/Review component builds and designs to make sure they work with the overall system design.

• Develop/Review test plans to ensure the supplied system meets quality standards and help identify any issues that may arise with the system when it is being tested.

• Work together with other teams involved in component design and construction, making sure that end-to-end system design is adhered to.

• Verify that technical engineering quality benchmarks and standards are fulfilled, rectifying any deficiencies in quality.

•Finish technically challenging assignments on schedule, under budget, and with high quality.

• Ensure that every work is documented using agreed-upon standards and with consideration for reuse.

• Work together with the Systems Designers from the other areas to ensure the end-to-end technical integrity of the development when system development is a part of a larger set of interdependent systems modifications. Take the lead in this cooperation when necessary.

• Determine the staff members in the system engineering component team's areas of need for development, then help them by providing coaching and direction to meet those needs.

• Support any organizational transformation projects and contribute to the team's overall operational goals.

•Examine and assess new standards, instruments, and techniques for system engineering. Seek opportunities to apply when necessary.

• Determine your own needs for development and aggressively promote your own capability's growth utilizing all available tools to meet international standards.

• Assist the Product/Project Manager(s) in locating and enlisting the engineering resources required to make sure the project is successful.

• Offer advice on how to handle a project's technical development while balancing risk, quality, cost, and time.

• Support the discovery, handling, and resolution of technical Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, and Issues (RAIDs).

• Provide technology-related advice to help Product/Project Manager(s) oversee projects and report progress.
