For Officer Scale IV, CBT : Objective Type
1. Subject : English Language
Total Questions : 25 ; Maximum Marks : 25; Time : 30 Minutes
2. Subject : Professional Knowledge relevant to the post
Total Questions : 100 ; Maximum Marks : 100 Marks; Time : 60 Minutes
3. Subject : General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry
Total Questions : 25 ; Maximum Marks : 25 Marks; Time : 30 Minutes
Qualifying Marks for Written Exam :-
- For UR Category - 30%
- For OBC/EWS category - 25%
- For All Other categories - 20%

How To Apply
Applicants must visit the Bank's website, www.bankofindia.co.in, click on 'CAREER,' and then choose the link labeled "Recruitment of Officers in various streams up to Scale IV- Project No. 2023-24/1 Notice dated 01.02.2024 from there. This will bring up a new tab. To open this window, select "APPLY ONLINE."
(i) Selecting "APPLY ONLINE," which will cause a new window to appear.
(ii) Select the "Click here for New Registration" link and fill out the application by entering your name, email address, and contact information. A temporary password and registration number will be produced by the system and shown on the monitor. The applicant has to write down their password and provisional registration number. Additionally, a text message and email with the password and provisional registration number will be delivered.
(iii) Should the applicant find it difficult to finish the application in one sitting, he or she may store the information they have already completed by selecting the "SAVE AND NEXT" link. Before completing the online application, candidates are recommended to utilize the "SAVE AND NEXT" feature to confirm and edit the information on the online application form as needed. Candidates who are visually impaired should carefully fill out the application and have their information validated to make sure all the information is accurate before submitting it.
(iv) It is recommended that candidates carefully fill out and double-check the information provided in the online application, as once the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON is clicked, no changes will be accepted. The applicant's name, as well as the names of their father, husband, and other family members, should be spelled exactly as it appears on their certificates, mark sheets, and identity documents. Any discovered modifications might render the candidate ineligible.
(vi) Click the "Save & Next" and "Validate your details" buttons to save your application and validate your information.
(vii) Candidates may now upload their photos and signatures in accordance with the guidelines list for Document Scan and Upload.
(viii) Applicants can continue by filling out the remaining fields on the application.
(ix) Before completing registration, click the Preview Tab to examine and confirm the whole application form.
(x) Update information as needed, then click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" ONLY after making sure the uploaded photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten statement, and other information are accurate.
(xi) Select the "Payment" tab and complete the payment process.
Following the online application process and fee payment, the candidate should print the system-generated online application form, double-check that the information is correct, and save it together with their registration number and password for future use. This printout shouldn't be sent to the bank.
