- Get stakeholders involved in defining, creating, and recording hiring projections.
- Set objectives and standards for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the recruiting manager.

- Offer innovative techniques for finding prospects and producing fresh leads.

- Establish weekly, quarterly, and annual targets for the Global Delivery Center in collaboration with the business leader.
- Examine, evaluate, advise, and coach support teams to make sure a reciprocal strategy is being used to meet recruitment objectives.
- Screen candidates using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other program tools.
- Make sure there are thorough screening and selection procedures in place to find the best candidates and determine the talent pool's significant strengths.
- As directed by the Operations Director and/or Client Relationship Director, take part in client meetings to establish long-lasting working relationships that will strengthen great customer satisfaction.
- Change a candidate's status on the applicant tracking system (ATS) systematically carry any additional ad hoc tasks as directed by management
