1. Create systems to track, manage and optimize capital loans, mortgage loans, repayments, collections and more.

2. Determine the principles to improve the reimbursement and collection process and increase efficiency.

3. Collaborate with support team to develop SOPs for all customer issues.

4. Develop end-to-end reconciliation management process for commercial loans.

5. Analysis, interpretation and application of credit regulatory rules

6. Responsible for managing commercial advertising and, from time to time, all temporary advertising needs.
