Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Process purchasing documents, purchase orders, and other purchasing documents.
2. Develop and issue RFPs/RFQs, obtain quotes or information from vendors, and evaluate bids/quotes.
3. Year-over-year negotiations and savings based on corporate purchasing targets
4. Savings targets for contract manufacturing and recycling.
5. Payment terms negotiations and cost analysis.
6. To identify, evaluate, certify and qualify suppliers whose reliability and products meet the requirements, standards and standards established by TE.
7. For all purchases at the top of the auction and for any questions regarding sellers, contracts or compliance, contact the Product Support Team.
8. Conduct daily inquiries/communications/interactions with vendors and customers via email/phone.
9. Handling customer complaints and supporting their resolution.
10. Monthly dashboard measurement to provide temporary support for performance visualization
