The Examination Consists Following Pattern and syllabus.
For Section I : Objective ; Time : 90 Minutes Duration
1. Subject I : Maths ; Total Questions & Marks : 20 & 20
2. Subject II : Science ; Total Questions & Marks : 10 & 10
3. Subject III : English ; Total Questions & Marks : 15 & 15
4. Subject IV : Reasoning ; Total Questions & Marks : 10 & 10
5. Subject IV : General Knowledge ; Total Questions & Marks : 05 & 05
For Section II : Objective ; Time : 30 Minutes Duration
1. Subject I : Maths ; Total Questions & Marks : 25 & 25
2. Subject II : Physics ; Total Questions & Marks : 25 & 25
There will be no Negative marking for wrong attempted questions

How To Apply
- 'Online only' applications will be accepted on February 13 from 11 00 hours to February 27 at 1730 hours.
- Applicants must log in to https://joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in/cgept/ and follow the instructions to set up a mobile number and email address.
- The applicants must guarantee validity of the mobile number and email address through at least February 25.
- Candidates should keep in mind that the application form will encrypt their registered email address and mobile number.
- ICG would not be held accountable if a candidate misplaces his email address or mobile number.
- This would prevent him from accessing the candidate dashboard, downloading his E-admit card, or viewing his results. No request was made to obtain the registered email address.
