Educational Qualification
1. Name of Post / Grade : Assistant Executive(Operations)
No. of Posts : 223
Educational Qualification : Candidates Must Pass in B.E/B.TECH (Electrical /Mechanical) from recognized Board/University.
Experience: Minimum 01 year post qualification experience in Operation / Maintenance of power plant with installed capacity of 100 MW or more.
Engagement period: Three years, with a possible two-year extension

The selection process will consist as follows.
- I st stage : Written Test
- II nd stage : Interview
- III rd stage : Certificate/Document Verification
- IV th stage : Medical Examination

- No other application methods or platforms will be accepted.
- It is necessary for candidates to have a working email address. Any emails that are sent to the candidates will not be returned by NTPC.
- Applicants who fall under the General, EWS, or OBC categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300.
- Female candidates and those in the SC/ST/PWBD/XSM categories are exempt from paying the application fee.
- It should be in good health for the candidate. Candidates will be required to undergo a medical examination at any of the NTPC hospitals prior to joining, and the selection will be final and legally binding.
- No easing of the requirements for health is permitted. The website careers.ntpc.co.in has comprehensive medical norms.
- It is therefore requested of candidates that they confirm their eligibility prior to paying the application fee.
- The candidate must download the application slip with their unique application number that the system generates after submitting their online application.
- The candidate may keep a copy of the application slip for their records. It is not necessary to send any document via postal mail.
