2. Detail drawings and models that make use of cost-effective and accurate techniques for producing machined and fabricated parts. Make that the logic of form, fit, and function is adhered to. Make sure mating pieces are taken into account before starting manufacturing.

3. Use the appropriate dimensioning technique in accordance with the drafting standard.

4. Verify all drawings, layouts, and bills of materials for correctness on your own. Verify vendor drawings as needed.

5. Help the product design engineer and the factory inspector handle items that don't match
