1.The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge of the Risk and Control framework and experience with both internal and external audits. Setting up matching rules for recon would be an added bonus.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is necessary.
3. Possessing knowledge of Intellimatch and Global Plus programs would be advantageous.
4. Sounds It is essential to understand reporting and reconciliation. It's beneficial to understand the lifespan of trade settlements, company behavior, and accruals.
5. Practical knowledge of business transitions and the necessary paperwork will be beneficial.
6. Practical knowledge of both automated and manual recons is needed.
7. strong knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, MBS, and SWAPS.
8. Should have focused on account-level resolution of out-of-balance or out-of-proof for recons
9. It would be necessary to have prior experience putting transactions on accounting books for exception resolution.
10. The candidate should be well-versed in the Risk and Control framework and have experience with both internal and external audits.
