8. Willing to work in a round-the-clock workplace with alternating weeks off and shifts.

11. Offer standard application compatibility for programs such as Outlook email, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Zoom, Jabber, VPN, and browsers, among others.

12. Outstanding aptitude for organizing

13. Constantly enhances and preserves technological expertise to provide superior technical assistance for end users

14. familiarity with endpoint security issues, password resets, account lockouts, connectivity problems (such as VPNs), Support for Windows, Outlook email, and Internet browser instructions (Chrome, Explorer, etc.), Collaboration (Teams, Webex, Zoom, etc.) and Virtual Desktop

15. Responding to inquiries, Managing incidents, and Processing service requests, Start IMACs, manage user accounts, including changing passwords, improvements to articles on knowledge management, Management of call escalation.
