Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Manage the order entry process, verify accuracy, and work with multiple departments to fulfill customer orders.
2. Maintain and update customer and sales related information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to ensure accurate and complete information.
3. Prepare periodic sales reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and trends for the sales team and management.
