Training Period For This Job :
Those who are selected for these jobs will be given training for 8 WEEKS and will be given a salary of up to 40,000 per month during the training period.
Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Service and finance: To provide timely, accurate and relevant service with a chat-based approach to our customers using our cloud services. Solve a wide range of questions, from simple reference questions to complex problems.
2. Fix: After creating processes and procedures in KM, review and check customer reports for performance issues. Work with customers, support teams, and teams to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support. Understand their needs, understand the challenges they face, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during negotiations.
4. Knowledge Base: Helps develop and maintain new knowledge. Information on issues, solutions, process guidelines, and troubleshooting steps to help customers and teams!
5. Continuing Education: Stay abreast of the latest developments in cloud technology, product updates and industry trends. Use training to expand your technical knowledge and customer service skills.
6. Feedback: Provides feedback to the service team about customer service, special requests, and areas for improvement in cloud services. Work with multiple teams to improve user experience.
7. Metrics and Reports: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reporting and information to support team leadership and management.
